Hotel Citizenm New York Times Square

Booked a room with nice view. The most important was the staff - efficient and helpful people. The hotel had the best possible location right next to The Museum of Modern Art.

The room was spotless with a view, I liked it. Central location of this small hotel was a bonus.

We appreciated this fairly clean hotel with a modern lobby. The shuttle to the city was a great perk and breakfast was included.

I loved the hotel, it was stylish and fairly clean. The rooms were brand-new & practical with a comfy bed. Although some of the staff were not always friendly, I had a fairly nice stay.

Perfect room, very pleasant staff, fabulous hotel. The property was next to several shops and many attractions and 3 metro stations with many metro lines thanks to its brilliant location. The view from my room was great. I appreciated amazing food.

Every detail of the hotel was great, all the staff were very amiable! Our a double room included an individual safe, flat-screen TV and ironing facilities. The bed seemed big and it was clean all around. Good service provided too. Moreover, we parked nearby.

Immaculate staff and location. The bed was spacious and it was great having iron/ironing board, microwave and blinds. I really enjoyed the lunch in Natsumi an easy walk to the hotel.

The lobby was cozy, I loved it. Generally everything was first-class, nonetheless the bathroom was tiny. Staff were ready to help and overall they are customer friendly people.

location and views where ideal and i especially really enjoyed that the place was very clean. it was nice having fridge and blinds. supermarkets and chemist's were right next door.
